Unbroken Threads Return & Exchange Policy

At Unbroken Threads, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please email unbrokenthreadsco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your request is approved, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN)

  • A prepaid return shipping label (for qualified returns)

  • Step-by-step instructions on how to return your item

Please note: Items sent back without an approved RAN may be refused and returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Exchanges

To ensure you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend completing your return and placing a new order once your return is approved. This guarantees accurate inventory and faster fulfillment.


Damages or Defects

We stand behind the integrity of every Unbroken Threads product.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Photographic documentation may be required for quality assurance.


Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel or personal wearables


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return results from our error.

  • Refund timing may vary by financial institution (typically 3–5 business days after we issue it).

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us at unbrokenthreadsco@gmail.com.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unbroken Threads is committed to resolving any order-related concerns quickly and fairly.
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly with any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We maintain verified order records, shipment confirmations, and return authorizations to ensure compliance with the chargeback protection policies of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks may result in account suspension and denial of future purchases.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
Items must be in unworn, original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
